Safety Coordinator
The Safety Coordinator is responsible for scheduling annual safety training for county employees. The safety coordinator works with INRCOG to update safety programs. Responsible for updating material safety data sheets at all county facilities. Provides annual hearing tests, CPR training, first aid training and immunizations. Communicate changes with workers comp and OSHA to county offices. Responsible for performing fire and tornado drills as well as testing of safety equipment at county locations. Work with INRCOG and IMWCA to perform safety audits. Communicate ICAP safety workshop info to county employees. Works with emergency management coordinator in matters of county safety and security.
